The Green Flag Award scheme recognises and rewards well managed parks and green spaces across the United Kingdom and around the world. The Friends of St Peter’s have already received glowing assessments for their work in restoring and maintaining St Peter’s historic cemetery, Rectory Lane Cemetery, and have been voted one of the Top Ten of the UK’s favourite green spaces.
