The Church of St Peter Great Berkhamsted

Sunday Worship

St Peter’s is now open again for public worship on Sunday mornings. In order to comply with social distancing guidance, we have capacity for 100 people. Before attending, we ask everyone to fill in a booking form so that we can manage numbers:

Please do not email the Parish Office to make your booking - use the booking buttons shown here.

Need to cancel a booking? Do please email the Parish Office to let them know, so they can allocate your space to someone else.

Special arrangements are in place on Sundays to keep everyone safe — please read before you come to church.

Coronavirus: Opening times for private prayer

Access is by the south door on the High Street only. During opening times, the St Catherine Chapel is open for prayer. Here, you may light a candle, and a chaplain is available for private discussion.

We cannot open for longer at this time as we do not have the volunteers to safely staff the building and to do the necessary cleaning. We will review this regularly.
