Victoria School prepares for Easter
We had a lovely start to the week attending St Peter’s for our Easter service. Our Spiritual Ambassadors and a couple of the Year 1 children shared the Easter story, poems and prayers to all the families that attended. It was also a time to reflect on the happy and sad times within the story.
On Tuesday we had our RE theme morning where the children looked at different pictures of Jesus from around the world. They were then asked who Jesus was to them where they drew pictures and wrote their thoughts. We finished our week with an Easter Egg hunt where the children had to work out the Easter message to claim their egg.
From Victoria School we would like to wish all our families and local community a Happy Easter. We will be returning after the school holidays with all our news about our exciting summer events.
