Rectory Lane Cemetery news
This month’s Rectory Lane Cemetery newsletter from the Friends of St Peter’s has lovely photos of the cemetery in the September sunshine after the annual pressure wash clean of the paths. You can also read about the Heritage Open Days tour of Berkhamsted’s Buried Builders, with links to the memorials to local architects, town planners, builders and others who have shaped this town. Honey from the cemetery beehives will be on sale at the Berkhamsted Artisan Markets on Sunday 12th October. And the Friends are appealing urgently for more volunteers on their Wednesday afternoon work parties for the lawnmowing team, and for grave adopters.
