Mothering Sunday
At our 9:30 morning service on Mothering Sunday we will celebrate all things maternal and give thanks for all that mothers bring into our lives. We will also focus on the wonderful work of the Mothers’ Union, an international Christian charity who work to support families, and campaign for gender equality and for the rights of women and girls worldwide. The MU’s Chief Executive just happens to be our very own Bev Jullien, and during Sunday’s service, Bev will be telling us about the MU’s work. There will also be a retiring collection for the MU and invite everyone to make a donation. If you’re unable to join us on Mothering Sunday, you can make a donation online:
