Great Big Green Week
The Great Big Green Week is the UK’s biggest celebration of community action to tackle climate change and protect nature. This year, Berkhamsted and Tring are joining together to bring together a programme of events and activities for our whole community, including:
- Saturday 7 June 10am-2:30pm: Berkhamsted Eco Fair in the Civic Centre which includes the Big Berko Vegan Bake-off
- Monday 9 June 7:30pm: The Wildlife of the Chilterns – illustrated talk by Ian Gamble at Northchurch Baptist Church
- Sunday 15 June 2025: the Great Big Nature Hunt – a family discovery day in Rectory Lane Cemetery
.. plus a series of workshops at Woods Garden Centre on encouraging nature in your garden.
