Victoria School news
We have been enjoying our Feeling Good Week, especially the circus workshop on Monday. All the children got an opportunity to juggle, spin plates, use a diablo and much more. They were all taught different circus tricks which they got to perform to each other. We are planning to get some of the resources for the children to continue to develop the skills at playtime.
Our focus for Collective Worship this week was The Parable of the Lost Son. The children were at first puzzled at why the father forgave his son. We explored the idea that even when we make mistakes or make the wrong choice, that it is important to forgive. They discussed how this could be a lesson to use with their friends as there are times when they fall out but by forgiving they can be friends again.
