Heritage Open Days exhibition: The Working People of Berkhamsted
As part of Heritage Open Days, Berkhamsted Local History and Museum Society (BLHMS) are holding an exhibition in St Peter’s about daily working life through the ages. Photographs and illustrations from yesteryear will reveal how ordinary people in Berkhamsted made a living, from Roman times to more recent industries. Visitors can learn about lost trades and discover the location of forgotten industries and trades. Free entry, no booking required – open all day 10am-4pm.
Please note that most Heritage Open Days tours are now fully booked but there are a handful spaces left on next week’s FREE town & canal tours. Yesterday, we still had one space available on the tour of St Peter’s. Check availability and book on Eventbrite:
