Monastic Quiet Day at Puttenham
Tring Team Parish invite you to a Quiet Day at St Mary’s Church in Puttenham. This is an opportunity to experience the daily rhythm of monastic prayer, starting with Mattins and Lauds at 8am and finishing with Compline at 9.30pm, and Holy Communion at 12noon – see leaflets at the back of church. The day’s reflection is centred around the Psalms, and breakfast, lunch and supper are provided, with drinks and snacks during the day. There is no requirement to stay all day, and you are welcome to come for parts of the day if that works for you. Please book your place online or phone Janet Goodyer, and indicate which meals you would like.
