Lunar expedition
This week, three of our parishioners went to St Albans Abbey to see the Moon! This is a special art installation inside the Cathedral – a giant 7-metre (23-ft) inflatable model of the Earth’s Moon hanging in the nave. Philippa Seldon was most impressed by the display – “It is amazing, beautiful and moving!” The Moon is free to visit during normal opening hours, and a number of events are planned with the Moon as the centrepiece. The Museum of the Moon is there until 15th February and is well worth a visit!
