Lady Chapel update
The scaffolding is down and the Lady Chapel is open once more. We are hugely grateful to the team of volunteers who went in on Saturday to clean up the plaster dust etc. Thank you to all who helped at short notice and worked hard to get this area looking presentable.
The next plan is to have the carpet professionally cleaned and then put the furniture back, but we are going to hold off for a couple of weeks, as this area will be used for the Petertide Fair bric-à-brac stalls. Then we can put everything back in place after the fair.
