Fr Stuart’s sponsored walk
Starting on the evening of Friday 12th September, Fr Stuart will walk nearly 50 miles to St Albans, via Hertford, raising money for St Peter’s Restoration Fund and The Beds and Herts Historic Churches Trust.
“One of the things I really enjoyed about the pilgrimage I made in February was setting out to attempt something that I didn’t know that I could definitely achieve. The furthest I’ve walked in one go up until now has been 42 miles, so this is about giving myself a new challenge whilst raising much needed money to help restore St Peter’s. All being well I’ll arrive in St Albans in good time for a good lunch.”
