Dying Matters – A conversation for us all
The Hospice of St Francis, Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care and the Rothschild Surgery Group are running a free public event at Berkhamsted Civic Centre for people to learn more about health and care options. It’s a valuable opportunity to discuss your own and your family’s future wishes, and for anyone who is caring for someone who is becoming frail – an important “conversation for us all”. It will offer a space to talk and ask questions about local care services with a variety of healthcare professionals, with information stalls and a break with refreshments.
