Choral Evensong
Everyone is welcome to Choral Evensong, when we glorify God through the beauty of choral singing, the poetry of Christian liturgy, and the stillness of prayers. It’s a service where people often find great comfort and tranquillity simply through contemplation, as they immerse themselves in the beauty of music and prayer.

Please note that a small film crew will be present at this service. They are from Crossway, a US Christian publisher, and they are visiting Berkhamsted to shoot some footage of a typical English parish Evensong to be used in a video about the history of English Bible translations. It has been agreed that they will film the choir singing, and the backs of people in the pews. If you do not wish to be included in shot, please speak to the crew before the start of the start of Evensong.
