Giving financial support to St Peter's is important to us all because we want to keep a living church community going. Just like running a family home, we need to manage our Christian family household with love and responsibility.
As well as being a visible and historic landmark, the church provides a focus for the community with our tradition of worship, education, social and cultural activities, support and care for people in need and a place where families can grow and learn. By giving money, we are taking part in managing the household and responding to God's call with a sign of our commitment.
We sometimes forget the value of our faith compared to material things and leisure activities; God asks us not only to dedicate our lives, but also our livelihoods.

The offertory is taken every Sunday during the Eucharist. Please give as much as you can.
We do understand that, for many people, giving money can be difficult at times. Even if you are not in a position to make a regular commitment just now, please consider making an occasional donation. Your gifts, no matter how small, are very gratefully received.
Remember to Gift Aid your donation!
Put your offering in an envelope and fill in the details before the collection!
As well as giving money, there are other ways you can help St Peter's - by offering your time and skills.
