EASTER DAY 27 March 2005 Eucharistic Prayer E will be used at Holy
Communion Services today We welcome all who worship here
today. If you are a newcomer please
speak to one of the welcomers or to one of the clergy. We invite you to complete a card which
you will find in your pew, or on the table near the door of the church, and
hand it to one of the welcomers.
Communicant members of all Churches are welcome to receive Holy
Communion. If you are not receiving
Communion please come to the altar rail for a blessing and carry a book so
the minister knows. We pray this week for
Christopher our Bishop and for Christopher and Richard his suffragans for ourselves as we are led by the
Churchwardens and the PCC to appoint a Rector who will be able to guide us as
we seek to play our part in God’s plans for the future. for our Church
Crèches, Sunday Schools, Pathfinder and Young People’s Fellowship groups and
for Little Fishes & Chuckles toddler groups, for all who attend them and
for all who help to run them. for the United Society for the
Propagation of the Gospel (and especially Andrew and Janice Proud working in
Addis Ababa). for Alice Beaumont, Connie Cook, Andy
Dunford, James Emery, Stephen Jullien, Laura Kirk, Sam Limbert, Lydia McMunn,
Imogen Nation, Hannah Wakely & Catherine Wilton who are preparing for
Confirmation in April. for the lonely, the anxious, the
bereaved; and amongst the sick for
Douglas Hartley, May Kempster, Michael Taylor, Christine Tucker, Christina
Billington, Bob Essery, Giles Higgins, Edna Campkin, Jeanette Hopkins for those who have died
recently: Alan Cox, Norman Barton,
Sheila Beers and at their anniversaries pray
