 THE SECOND SUNDAY OF CHRISTMAS                  2 January 2004

Eucharistic Prayer B may be used at Holy Communion Services today

We welcome all who worship here today.   If you are a newcomer please speak to one of the welcomers or to one of the clergy.   We invite you to complete a card which you will find in your pew, or on the table near the door of the church, and hand it to one of the welcomers.   Communicant members of all Churches are welcome to receive Holy Communion.   If you are not receiving Communion please come to the altar rail for a blessing and carry a book so the minister knows.

:  God our Father, in love you sent your Son that the world may have life:  lead us to seek him among the outcast and to find him in those in need, for Jesus Christ’s sake.    AMEN

THERE WILL BE A PARISH MEETING IN ST PETER’S CHURCH 8.00PM THURSDAY 13 JANUARY 2005 where the Archdeacon of St Albans, the Venerable Helen Cunliffe, will be present to explain and answer questions about Team Ministry.

Following the Parish Meeting on 13 January with the Archdeacon of St Albans, the Venerable Helen Cunliffe, there will be an extra ordinary meeting of the PCC 8.00pm Thursday 20 January in All Saints’ Lower Hall to discuss the future of the Parish.

As the PCC's accounting year-end is 31 December, will anyone requiring re-imbursement of expenses for 2004 please give the details to the Treasurer (Michael Robinson) as quickly as possible

NEXT SERVICE OF WHOLENESS AND HEALING is 8.00pm Monday 10 January in the Lady Chapel at St Peter’s.  All are welcome to join us for this simple service.  More details from Jenny Wells 870981 or Tracy Robinson 863559
