THE
PARISH OF BERKHAMSTED St
Peter’s with All Saints’ |
news for pews

CHRIST THE KING 23 November 2003
Eucharistic Prayer F or G may be used at Holy Communion Services
today
We welcome all who worship here
today. If you are a newcomer please
speak to one of the welcomers or to one of the clergy. We invite you to complete a card which you
will find in your pew, or on the table near the door of the church, and hand it
to one of the welcomers. Communicant
members of all Churches are welcome to receive Holy Communion. If you are not receiving Communion please
come to the altar rail for a blessing and carry a book so the minister knows.
Collect: Eternal Father, whose son Jesus Christ ascended to the throne of heaven that he might rule over all things as Lord and King: keep the Church in the unity of the Spirit and in the bond of peace, and bring the whole created order to worship at his feet; who is alive and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. AMEN
Readings: Daniel 7:9-10, 13-14 Revelation 1:4b-8 John 18:33-37
Post Communion: Stir up, O Lord, the wills
of your faithful people; that they,
plenteously bringing forth the fruit of good works, may by you be plenteously
rewarded; through Jesus Christ our
Lord. AMEN

week
