We welcome all who worship here today.   If you are a newcomer please speak to one of the welcomers or to one of the clergy.   We invite you to complete a card which you will find in your pew, or on the table near the door of the church, and hand it to one of the welcomers.   Communicant members of all Churches are welcome to receive Holy Communion.   If you are not receiving Communion please come to the altar rail for a blessing and carry a book so the minister knows.

Collect:  God of glory, by the raising of your Son you have broken the chains of death and hell:  fill your Church with faith and hope;  for a new day has dawned, creation is restored, and the way to life stands open in our Saviour Jesus Christ.   AMEN

Readings  Acts 10.34-43     1 Corinthians 15.1-11     Mark 16.1-8

Post Communion:  :  God of Life, who for our redemption gave your only-begotten Son to the death of the cross, and by his glorious resurrection have delivered us from the power of our enemy;  grant us so to die daily to sin, that we may evermore live with him in the joy of his risen life;  through Jesus Christ our Lord.  AMEN

We pray this week

for Christopher our Bishop and for Christopher and Richard his suffragans

for our Church Schools, Victoria First School and headteacher, Janet Robinson and Thomas Coram School and acting headteacher, Tony Jeffryes

for the Guyana Diocesan Association

for Emma Bailey, Charlotte Beaumont, Rachael Dell, Joanne Elliott, Juliet Morgan, Charlotte Nelson and Natalie Ruffell who are preparing for Confirmation
